Once potential targets have been delimitated after thorough examination with all the previously mentioned techniques it is time to plan a drillhole campaign. This is the most expensive part of exploration, but also the best way to confirm the discovery of an ore body and its dimensions. It is important to execute correctly the drill plan and supervise the operations at all times as there might be dynamic changes.
